Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role in a contact center, hub pharmacy, or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training programs onboarding, technical skills, and soft skills in-person and virtually
• Ensure Operations teams have resources to excel and delight patients, prescribers, and partners
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on activities and outcomes
• Align curriculum in LMS and conduct quality assurance on content
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs
• Distribute content updates with management and teams
• Collaborate with peers, instructional designers, and stakeholders across Operations
• Stay updated with product offerings to be a constant resource
• Keep up with training trends to improve learner experience
