Job summary

Brightli in Missouri is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate and deliver training for Community Services associates, including orientation, CPR/First Aid instruction, and development initiatives to ensure service excellence.

You will develop new training programs, assess training needs, and partner with regional leadership to promote growth across the state, traveling as needed to support teams and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor certification required
• Tiered Supports Instructor certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years in IDD or related training background
• Knowledge of Missouri DMH standards and regulations
• Training and CPR/First Aid certification required

Responsibilities

• Facilitate orientation training for newly hired associates and cover required topics
• Deliver initial training for Direct Support Staff, Primary Support Staff, and Program Coordinators
• Coordinate CPR and First Aid and other specialized trainings
• Develop follow-up training initiatives and the 30-Day On-the-Job Training process
• Identify supplemental training opportunities and resources
• Collaborate with regional leadership on Tiered Supports training
• Travel Missouri-wide to provide training and support as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
