Job summary

Brightli seeks a Training Coordinator to lead and deliver training for Community Services associates in Missouri. You will coordinate orientation, CPR/First Aid, and specialized trainings to support staff development and service excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, creation of follow-up training, and travel across Missouri to support programs and ensure consistency in training practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Training Instructor certification required.
• Tiered Supports Training Instructor certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in ID/DD or related trainings.
• Knowledge of Missouri Quality Outcomes standards.
• Training and certification in CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Community Services orientation training for newly hired associates, including Abuse & Neglect, Missouri Quality Outcomes, Positive Behavior Supports, CS procedures, forms, and Therap training
• Deliver initial training for Direct Support Staff, Primary Support Staff, and Program Coordinators in accordance with established training requirements
• Coordinate and provide CPR, First Aid, and other specialized training programs to support associate development and service excellence
• Develop and implement follow-up training initiatives, including the 30-Day On-the-Job Training process for newly hired associates
• Research and identify supplemental training opportunities through learning platforms and other resources to enhance associate skill development
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement Tiered Supports training initiatives
• Partner with Community Services leadership and Training Coordinators across the state to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of training programs
• Evaluate organizational training needs and assist in the development of new training resources and processes
• Travel throughout Missouri to provide training and support as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
