Job summary

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Instructional Design Specialist to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning solutions for clinical and operational training. You will collaborate with LOD, Quality Services, SMEs, and leadership to translate complex processes into engaging training content.

The role applies adult learning principles and ADDIE-style methodologies to improve knowledge retention and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Education, or related field preferred; and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Certification in instructional design, talent development, or adult learning preferred (CPTD, APTD, ATD, or similar); will obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain learning solutions for clinical and operational training.
• Collaborate with SMEs, LOD, Quality Services, and departmental leadership to translate complex processes into engaging training.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to improve retention and performance.
• Support both clinical and business operations in alignment with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
