Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Denver seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to design, implement and lead training programs for clinical professionals, leveraging ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and adult-learning principles to maximize retention and application.

You will create onboarding and advanced curricula, develop materials (PowerPoint, manuals, job-aids), coordinate LMS activities and measure training impact while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required, RN preferred
• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training
• Demonstrated ability applying adult learning principles, ADDIE Model, Kirkpatrick evaluation model, competency models, curriculum and workshop design is required
• Outstanding content design skills with expert level PowerPoint skills
• Excellent facilitation, platform, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet short deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven record of assessing and meeting customer needs
• Strong analytical acumen, strategic mindset, and an ability to move forward with ambiguous information
• Adept at learning new technical, clinical, medical product, and disease state knowledge
• Excellent computer/technology skills
• Ability to work at Syneos Health locations as required
• Willingness to travel and overnight availability

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all required training materials and/or home study materials necessary for initial new hire training, annual training and follow-up training classes for multiple franchises
• Utilize a learning environment enriched with adult learning principles to enable optimal learning retention and application
• Development of materials may include PowerPoint Presentations, manuals, job-a-ids, online tutorials
• Conducts Needs Analysis with Subject Matter Experts and Client Groups to determine learning and application gaps
• Design learning content from scratch using ADDIE Methodology
• Complete comprehensive and timely updates to course materials, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, to reflect changes in healthcare and clinical environments and ensure compliance with standards
• Provide actionable evaluations and feedback to trainees, their superior, and clients and stakeholders
• Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to develop onboarding and advanced curricula using technology and materials
• Define measures to assess, monitor, and report on training effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
• Identify business processes where a team needs to excel to achieve goals
• Interface with field clinical management and internal support teams to drive client results
• Maintains a current Training Plan and Matrix to ensure goals are met
• Coordinate home-study materials and LMS access/documentation
• Stay current on clinical information to optimize training content
