Job summary

Signature Health Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Services to provide clinical direction for a team of treatment providers. You will supervise 12–15 staff, ensure high quality care, and align operations with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with the onsite leadership team, coach staff, monitor performance, and support program development while maintaining strong ethical and crisis management practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Valid LISW-S, LPCC-S, or IMFT-S license in Ohio required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• High proficiency with health information management system, billing software, insurance websites, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily objectives of the Behavioral Health Services team.
• Provide oversight of service provision for a team of 12-15 staff members to ensure high quality care.
• Collaborate with onsite leadership to ensure alignment and efficient program operations.
• Monitor supervisees’ performance and support practices that improve efficiency and access to care.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and supervision to supervisees.
• Lead team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
