Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Psychiatry to lead the behavioral health nursing team across regional sites. This role champions policies, drives patient access and outcomes, and partners with leadership to ensure high-quality care and adherence to standards.

You will oversee staff performance, provide coaching, schedule and mentor team members, and coordinate with psychiatry leaders to support clinical procedures and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, BSN encouraged.
• Valid RN license in Ohio is required.
• 3+ years in ambulatory, acute, residential or inpatient psychiatry preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily objectives of the Addiction Services nursing team.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct annual reviews.
• Provide training and ongoing education for staff.
• Lead meetings and process improvement; boost productivity.
• Develop metrics; monitor program effectiveness and quality.
• Standardize clinical procedures and workflows for high quality care.
• Ensure procedures meet state and federal standards; evidence-based practices.
• Participate in recruitment and retention activities.
• Support patient care and coordinate with leadership and treatment teams.
