Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. seeks a Manager, Behavioral Health Services to lead the Behavioral Health team at your assigned location, overseeing counselors and case managers to ensure treatment plans and progress notes meet quality standards.

You will coach staff, drive performance via reviews, lead meetings, and implement process improvements; ensure licensing, HIPAA, and OMHAS-compliant clinical documentation. Telehealth may be utilized as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Valid unencumbered license in Ohio; LISW or PCC required.
• 7–10+ years of behavioral health experience.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with mental health and substance use treatment.
• Strong skills in treatment planning, progress notes, and psychosocial assessments.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and oversee daily objectives of the Behavioral Health team at the location.
• Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance reviews.
• Lead team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Plan and oversee client care operations and treatment plans.
• Provide leadership through decision-making, supervision, and support.
• Assist in resolving client grievances related to Behavioral Health.
• Ensure staff practice within licensing/certifying boards’ scope.
• Provide clinical training opportunities for staff development.
• Monitor compliance with legal guidelines, policies, and OMHAS standards.
• Contribute to growth strategies for behavioral health services.
• Maintain community relationships and represent Signature Health’s services.
• Comply with all agency policies; maintain HIPAA privacy.
• May perform telehealth services as determined.
