Job summary

Signature Health Inc. seeks a Manager of Behavioral Health Services to oversee the clinical team at an Ohio site, guiding treatment plans, documentation, and program development. You will ensure quality care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance while fostering community partnerships.

The role requires LISW/PCC licensure, a Master’s degree, and extensive supervisory experience in behavioral health, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Valid unencumbered license in Ohio; LISW or PCC required.
• 7–10+ years in Behavioral Health.
• 3–5+ years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with children, adolescents and/or adults with mental health and/or substance use issues.
• Strong clinical skills in developing treatment plans, writing progress notes, and psychosocial assessments.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily objectives of the Behavioral Health team at the site.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development through annual reviews.
• Lead team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Plan and oversee client care operations, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and internal policies; maintain clinical documentation.
• Support crisis intervention and ensure proper licensing scope is followed.
• Coordinate staff training opportunities and continuous development.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and strong community relations.
