Job summary

Signature Health in Ohio is seeking a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Services to provide clinical direction for a team of treatment providers including counseling, case management and peer support professionals.

Reporting to the Manager, BH Services, you will oversee 12–15 staff, monitor performance, ensure safe, high-quality care, and collaborate with the onsite leadership to improve operations and access to care. Master’s degree and OH licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Valid LISW-S, LPCC-S, or IMFT-S license in Ohio required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficiency with health information management systems, billing software, insurance websites, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily objectives of the Behavioral Health Services team.
• Oversee 12–15 staff to ensure high-quality, safe clinical care.
• Collaborate with onsite leadership to align operations and support.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback.
• Lead process improvements to increase access to care.
