Job summary

Signature Health Inc. is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Services to oversee client access, engagement, and outcomes at our Ohio location. You will lead Behavioral Health Counselors and Case Managers, ensuring high-quality treatment plans and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes individualized, client-centered care, supervision, staff development, and collaboration with the Director to grow at this site. Telehealth may be required and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and licensure in Ohio.
• 7–10+ years of Behavioral Health experience.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Extensive experience with children, adolescents and/or adults with mental health and substance use issues.
• Strong clinical skills for treatment planning and psychosocial assessments.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily objectives of the Behavioral Health team at the location.
• Provide ongoing coaching, development, and annual objective reviews.
• Lead team meetings and process improvements for productivity and quality.
• Plan and oversee client care operations and treatment plans; ensure documentation.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to staff; oversee crisis intervention.
• Ensure licensing/certifying board compliance and HIPAA/privacy.
• Coordinate training opportunities and staff development.
• Assist in growth strategies and community relations for the site.
