Job summary

Affinity Health Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead our behavioral health team and improve access to compassionate, high-quality care. You will supervise staff, deliver direct patient care, and support integrated behavioral health services within a CQI framework.

The role involves supervising the team, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to implement policies and MAT services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services Field.
• LPC or LISW credential.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, and/or performance management.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to set appropriate boundaries.
• Knowledge of therapeutic principles and theories.
• Strong problem solving, relationship building and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, families and groups across the lifespan.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patients’ mental health, substance use, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop, implement and regularly update individualized treatment plans reflecting patient goals and progress.
• Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust interventions or level of care as needed.
