Tier1usa is looking for a Lead Clinical Supervisor for the Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will lead the implementation of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), oversee BCBAs, and ensure quality clinical delivery. Candidates must have a master's degree in a related field and at least five years of BCBA experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• LBA in Arizona.
• At least 5 years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of clinical ESDM delivery at Soar’s clinics.
• Provide clinical oversight for BCBAs and clients.
• Participate in training and onboarding for new clinicians.
