Job summary

Tier1usa is hiring a BCBA at Soar Autism Center in Chandler, AZ. You will lead ESDM implementation, oversee BCBAs, and ensure high clinical quality across two clinics. Ideal candidates should have a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and at least 5 years of BCBA experience, preferably within Soar. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of BCBA experience, preferably with Soar Autism Center.
• Candidates should have familiarity with NDBIs and naturalistic care models.
• Background in child development or early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of high-quality clinical ESDM delivery at two clinics.
• Provide senior clinical oversight for BCBAs and clients.
• Participate in the training and onboarding of BCBAs and case supervisors.

Clear professional communication

Education
