Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a BCBA leader to drive high-quality ESDM delivery across its clinics. You will provide senior clinical oversight for BCBAs and clients, ensuring adherence to clinical quality standards and care pathways.

Applicants should have a master’s in ABA or related field and AZ LBA, with at least 5 years of BCBA experience. The role offers onboarding, ongoing training, and a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Licensed BCBA in Arizona with substantial leadership and supervision experience.
• Familiarity with naturalistic development and behavior interventions (NDBIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of high quality ESDM delivery at clinics.
• Provide senior clinical oversight for BCBAs and clients across centers.
• Monitor clinical quality KPIs and participate in weekly leadership meetings.
