Job summary

Soar Autism Center, located in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a leadership position in implementing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) across its centers. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of BCBA experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills. The role includes senior clinical oversight, training, and supporting clinical staff. Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of BCBA experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of high-quality clinical ESDM delivery at clinics.
• Supervise and support BCBAs and center teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance center success.

Skills
