Soar Autism Center, part of Tier1usa, seeks a Clinical Trainer in Arizona to support the development of new RBT trainees and enhance their skills using the Early Start Denver Model. The role offers opportunities for clinical growth and collaboration in a values-driven environment. Ideal candidates will hold a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a license to practice in Arizona along with experience in early intervention. Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Ability to work with clients ages 2-6.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs.
• Provide weekly hours of billable supervision to trainees.
