Soar Autism Center, part of Tier1usa, seeks a Clinical Trainer in Arizona to support the development of new RBT trainees and enhance their skills using the Early Start Denver Model. Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Ability to work with clients ages 2-6.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs.
• Provide weekly hours of billable supervision to trainees.
