Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) or Partner Clinician to join as a senior clinical leader for one to three centers. The role focuses on clinical outcomes and mentorship, with emphasis on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

You will coach BCBA professionals, oversee quality metrics, and collaborate with the Center Operations Director to align clinical and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Current LBA in Arizona.
• At least 5 years of BCBA experience.
• Proven track record coaching clinicians as a Clinical Director or senior leader.
• Experience delivering early intervention to children aged 2–6.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical authority for assigned centers, upholding high quality and consistency.
• Coach and develop BCBA professionals, Clinical Trainers, and Case Supervisors through observation and feedback.
• Maintain approximately 10 billable hours per week to support ESDM fidelity.
• Partner with Center Operations Director to align clinical and operational priorities.
• Own clinical quality metrics and use data to strengthen care.
