Crossroads Inc. is seeking a Clinical Lead to assist the Clinical Coordinator in managing location-specific clinical operations and client services, including treatment planning, case load management, and discharge planning.

The role supports staff in completing duties and coordinating care across teams. The position requires maintaining regulatory compliance, providing crisis management, and facilitating aftercare coordination, with duties spanning intake, assessments, and documentation while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training; TB test; Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a client caseload and complete documentation on time in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Assist in treatment planning, coordination of care, and discharge planning.
• Provide individual and group interventions including crisis management.
• Support staff in coordinating care and organizing training for the clinical team.
• Adhere to internal policies, licensure, and state/federal rules.
