Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a seasoned counselor leader to join our team. The role emphasizes clinical excellence in evidence-based MAT and supervision of staff, ensuring compliant, compassionate patient care.

You will work within a growing outpatient network dedicated to recovery and community health. Ideal candidates bring a master’s degree (or equivalent), a valid LCADC, and at least one year of supervisory/administrative experience in addiction treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and/or minimum five years of experience in addictions treatment.
• Must be a certified alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC).
• At least one year of supervisory and administrative experience in substance abuse treatment.
