Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or by endorsement.
• RN license to practice in state of employment.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, ENPC and PALS certifications.
• One year of clinical RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership and coordinate unit operations during shifts.
• Ensure safe patient care with appropriate staff skill mix and admissions decisions.
• Deliver high-quality care and act as a clinical resource and role model.
• Maintain strong communication with physicians and care teams.
