Job summary

This is a full-time exempt role providing leadership, supervision, and clinical consultation to staff, overseeing assessment, PBIS, training, and reporting for students. You will collaborate with families, district personnel, and Academy leadership to ensure evidence-based practices, data-driven decisions, and continuous program improvement; report to the Academy

Qualifications

• CT certification in special education is required.
• CT Licensed Behavior Analyst credential is required.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• TEAM mentor training or willingness to complete TEAM mentor training within a set timeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to support educational programming in the Wallingford program.
• Supervise and evaluate instructional staff delivering behavioral supports.
• Develop and monitor Positive Behavior Support Plans and data-driven interventions.
• Coach teachers and staff; provide ongoing performance feedback and professional growth guidance.
• Collaborate with families, district personnel, and Academy leadership to ensure program quality and consistency.
