Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry and Windows applications; strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs, develops and interprets routine and specialized laboratory testing within established time frames.
• Performs quality control and instrument maintenance/troubleshooting with appropriate documentation.
• Adheres to regulatory and accreditation standards; maintains safety and compliance.
• Participates in data collection for performance improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Adapts communication and procedures to the patient population and privacy requirements.
• Other related duties as required.
