Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in medical technology, medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or chemical/physical/biological science.
• Must have computer skills and be proficient with Windows-style applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good judgement and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine or specialized lab testing within established timeframes.
• Conducts quality control and maintains instrument maintenance; documents actions.
• Escalates when results are out of control and documents corrective actions.
• Adheres to regulatory and accreditation standards; follows safety and compliance guidelines.
• Assists in performance improvement and inventory management; supports cost-reduction initiatives.
