Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in medical technology, medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical or biological science.
• Current licensure as Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist (or applicable trainee/certification and license timeline) in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs, develops and interprets routine and specialized lab testing within established time frames.
• Monitors quality control and instrument maintenance; documents results and corrective actions.
• Calibrates and troubleshoots equipment; performs phlebotomy as needed.
• Maintains patient data confidentiality and complies with regulatory standards.
