Qualifications

• ASCP/AMT/AAB generalist certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with Windows‑based applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized laboratory testing with accuracy within set timeframes.
• Performs quality control, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and documents actions taken.
• Adheres to regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards, and participates in proficiency testing.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and inventory management for supplies and reagents.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and communicates results clearly to care teams.
