Job summary

Atlantic Health seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist to process specimens, perform high/moderate complexity testing, troubleshoot issues, and report accurate results. Qualifications

CLIA high-complexity testing requirements must be met.
One year healthcare or lab-related work experience preferred.
ASCP, AMT or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Specimen processing and accessioning according to guidelines.
Perform high/moderate complexity testing following SOPs.
Report results and correlate with diagnoses and prior results as applicable.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment per SOPs.
Document quality control activities and calibrations.
