Qualifications

• Oversee administrative, fiscal, and technical laboratory operations.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate lab work to ensure quality care.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, JCAHO) and documentation.
