Job summary

MeBe Family seeks a LABA to design and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA programs across home, community, and clinic settings. You will work under a BCBA, guiding treatment planning, assessments, and day-to-day clinical decisions in a play-based environment.

The role supports BCaBAs or clinicians pursuing BACB certification, with supervision, mentorship, and opportunities to coach Behavior Technicians. Emphasis on clinical quality and growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active CBT Certification, LABA certification, and one of the listed degrees/certifications.
• 1+ years delivering direct ABA intervention to children with Autism.
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites and deliver services including telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments and design comprehensive treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and ensure plan implementation.
• Provide direct service under supervision and coordinate parent training and curricula.
