ACES seeks a BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA programs delivered across homes, centers, schools, and communities. You will mentor Behavior Technicians and work closely with families and clinicians to ensure evidence-based care and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and be eligible for state licensure where required.
• Experience developing and implementing client programs in ABA is preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise entry-level staff and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians in delivering services.
