Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree and licensure/certification as required by state.
• Ability to develop and implement behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
