Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Technology or Clinical Lab Science is required.
- 2 years of clinical lab experience is preferred.
- ASCP/AMT MLS/CLT certification or equivalent upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Performs technical procedures in Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Blood Bank, Urinalysis and Microbiology.
- Maintains quality control and quality assurance per SOPs.
- Assists in proficiency testing and accreditation readiness (CAP/DNV/OSHA/CLIA).
- Participates in staff training and performs phlebotomy as applicable.
- Maintains equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and inventory control.
- Ensures accurate testing across preanalytic, analytic, and postanalytic phases.
- Communicates variances and resolutions with physicians and leadership.
