Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Medical Lab Technology/Clinical Lab Science or related field.
• 2 years clinical lab experience preferred.
• ASCP or AMT certification upon hire (required) or MLSAMT certification per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical procedures in hematology, chemistry, serology, blood bank, POCT, urinalysis and microbiology following SOPs.
• Maintains quality control/assurance and participates in proficiency testing.
• Supports accreditation readiness for CAP, DNV, CLIA and related standards.
• Trains new or existing staff as needed and may assume lead technologist role in supervisor's absence.
• May perform specimen collection, processing and phlebotomy as applicable.
