Advocate Health’s Wisconsin ACL Laboratories (AMC St Lukes Lab) is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist to perform and monitor lab tests, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. The role involves supporting multiple departments, training staff, and maintaining quality control across transfusion services, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology.

The position is full-time with a 36-hour work week, M-F 10-hour shifts, weekend/holiday rotations, and a start time of 2000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences or medical technology.
• Experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests within established protocols.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and notifies accordingly.
• Performs calibration, maintenance, and repair of instruments.
