Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a clinical laboratory professional to perform and review routine and complex tests, ensuring quality control and safety in the lab. You will prepare reports and notify healthcare professionals of critical results while assisting with clerical tasks and specimen handling.

Applicants should have an associate degree in clinical laboratory sciences and national certification, plus a preference for at least six months of lab experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in clinical laboratory sciences or equivalent with completion of clinical requirements.
• National certification required.
• Six months of clinical laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review routine and complex clinical laboratory tests with proper maintenance and quality control.
• Prepare test reports and communicate atypical/critical values with documentation to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with clerical tasks, phlebotomy, specimen processing and pathology assistant functions as needed.
