Qualifications

• Experience with chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, microbiology and immunohematology testing procedures.
• Ability to interpret and report test results per clinic protocols.
• Maintain quality control, specimen handling, and accurate record keeping.
• Compliance with hospital policies, safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical laboratory functions across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and microbiology.
• Report test results and alert providers about abnormal results.
• Maintain instrument calibration and proper function of equipment.
• Provide clean, safe testing environment and ensure specimen integrity.
• Communicate effectively with staff and clinicians to support patient care.
