Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a skilled clinical laboratory professional to perform testing under supervision, ensure accuracy, maintain equipment, and participate in quality assurance. This role supports patient care and may involve supervising and teaching within the laboratory setting.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field, with Master’s preferred, and certification such as MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent required upon hire.
• Minimum one year of laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer/data entry, MS Office, and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate testing, documentation, and instrument calibration.
• Analyzing, investigating, interpreting, and reporting lab data in accordance with clinical expectations.
• Monitoring test status, documenting investigations, and communicating effectively with team members.
• Contributing to performance improvement initiatives and inspection readiness.
• Adhering to policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and quality assurance activities.
