Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Associate to support daily operations in a high-complexity laboratory. The ideal candidate will assist with sample processing, lab equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with quality standards. An associate degree is required, and prior lab experience is a plus. This on-site role offers a contract of 6+ months with a pay range of $30.00/hr to $35.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Biomedical or Clinical Science preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-volume or clinical laboratory setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sample collection, receipt, labeling, processing, and storage under supervision.
• Assist CLSs with automated testing workflows and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and manage reagents and maintain equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor lab temperatures and maintain supply inventory.
