Job summary

Qualifications

• Resume must show relevant general and specialized experience or education.
• Qualifications include CLIA/glassware and specimen handling knowledge.
• Various education pathways acceptable for GS-04 to GS-07 grades.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, serology, and blood banking tests.
• Collect, process, and track patient specimens and ensure accessioning in LIS.
• Validate and document results; communicate with healthcare providers.
• Maintain instruments, prepare reagents, and monitor QC activities.
• Support safety, biosafety, and accreditation requirements.
