Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an accredited associate degree with certification, or equivalent experience.
• Military medical laboratory experience welcomed.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency, troubleshooting, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Manage multiple workflows and handle specimens properly.
• Confirm patient identification and use accessioning procedures.
• Follow established reporting protocols and navigate computer applications for efficient operations.
• Assist in training new staff and participate in ongoing educational activities to maintain current knowledge.
• Accountable for meeting productivity standards and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
