Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) to perform routine high-complexity testing of biological specimens under direct supervision. You will ensure timely, quality results while maintaining confidentiality and strict adherence to SOPs and regulations.

The role requires a biology or chemistry degree, CLIA High Complexity competency, and appropriate licensure. Experience with complex equipment and reagent maintenance will be valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Chemistry or related science as CFR 493.1489.
• CLIA High Complexity Testing requirements.
• State licensure or certification where applicable.
• CLS Levels III/IV require 1 year of clinical lab experience.
• Advanced competency in complex equipment and reagent maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine high complexity testing under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and couriers to ensure quality service.
