Qualifications

• CLIA High Complexity Testing competency required.
• State licensure and/or certification where applicable.
• CLS Levels III and IV: requires at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine high complexity testing of biological specimens.
• Maintains accurate records and confidentiality; ensures donor, patient, and employee privacy.
• Communicates with customers, vendors, and couriers to ensure quality service.
• Operates and maintains laboratory equipment; performs preventive maintenance.
• Participates in performance improvement teams and training programs.
• Assists with competency documentation and training of newer staff.
