Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare specimens; perform laboratory tests and calculations as required.
• Perform quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting; document actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OIG, and accreditation standards; adhere to protocols.
• Assist in data collection for performance improvement and cost-reduction efforts.
• Adapt communication and procedures to patient needs and privacy requirements.
