Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, MLS, or related science.
• Licensure as CLS/MLS or eligible within 180 days.
• Certification (ASCP/AMT/AAB) within 90 days of hire or as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing accurately within established timeframes.
• Conduct quality control and instrument maintenance/troubleshooting and document results.
• Escalate out-of-control results and implement corrective actions; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle patient data with confidentiality and follow safety and protocol standards.
• Assist with phlebotomy and specimen handling as needed.
