Banner Health in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking skilled laboratorians to join our busy clinical laboratory on varied shifts. You will apply advanced technical knowledge to testing, ensure compliance with CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA, and assist with collection and processing of specimens.

We value patient-focused diagnostic care and accuracy. The position requires MLS/MT certification or equivalent, a bachelor’s in medical laboratory science or biological sciences, and phlebotomy competency;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science/medical technology or chemical/biological science required.
• MLS/MT or categorical certification required; foreign educated candidates must provide credential evaluation.
• Phlebotomy competency demonstrated where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform testing in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with compliance with CLIA ’88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA and accreditation standards.
• May be responsible for collection, receipt, and processing of specimens.
• Serve as department resource for complex problem-solving and ensure high-quality results.
