Banner Health in Phoenix seeks a General Lab professional for the Night shift to perform waived and non-waived tests with supervision. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, handle specimen processing, and support department operations per CLIA and accrediting standards.

The role requires maturity, strong reading/writing/math skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy.

Competenze

• Must have either an associate or bachelor's degree in a lab science.
• Equivalent CLIA training/experience per 42 CFR 493.1489 or military training.
• Foreign educated candidates require credential evaluation (IERF) for eligibility.
• Phlebotomy competency demonstrated where applicable.

Mansioni

• Perform waived and non-waived tests per CLIA and regulatory standards.
• Assist with collection, receipt and processing of specimens.
• Support department compliance with accrediting agencies (CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA).
• Follow established policies and maintain accurate records; report to supervisor.
