Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ if performing phlebotomy.
• Phlebotomy/CLA certification as defined by state regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license where required; eligible for company auto insurance.
• DHS Fingerprinting Certification may be required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist technical lab staff with collection, receipt and processing of specimens.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing.
• Perform waived and/or limited moderate complexity testing when allowed by CLIA requirements.
