Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is hiring generalist laboratorians for all shifts in our busy clinical lab in Phoenix. You will support high-volume testing and patient-focused care.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field and MLS/categorical certification, with phlebotomy skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology or related field.
• MLS or a categorical certification required; foreign credentials considered.
• Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy and familiarity with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform department testing with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA and accreditation standards.
• Assist with specimen collection, receipt, and processing per policy.
• Provide a resources support role and act as a department liaison.
