Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains QA systems to ensure performance and remedial actions.
• Assigns, monitors, and supervises work to ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures the lab is prepared for regulatory reviews and inspections (Joint Commission and FACT).
• Oversees coordination of clinical trials with investigators, study coordinators, QA and compliance.
• Interviews and recruits candidates to ensure adequate staffing for the laboratory.
• Staff training and education including safety, infection control, and compliance.
