Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of research experience in a lab setting.
• Ability to manage budgets and regulatory/compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all lab supply and equipment, purchasing and maintenance.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance activities.
• Train staff in specialized lab techniques.
• Assist with subject scheduling.
• Provide input on strategy based on industry knowledge and trends.
• Apply project management techniques to keep development initiatives on track.
• Contribute to scientific literature and may present data at meetings.
• Carry out independent research projects involving highly sophisticated techniques.
